Last night was the deadline for arguments and pleadings in the Mayor Sly late pay tax lawsuit.
Remember that lawyer Pat McInerney is on record taking rhetorical shots at Clay Chastain amid an early unsuccessful attempt to get the case dismissed.
Now the decision is coming down to the wire and this town's most controversial transit activist struggles to get the last word before the zero hour.
To wit . . .
CLAY CHASTAIN ARGUES THAT MAYOR SLY HIJACKS KANSAS CITY ELECTIONS AND SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO ACT ABOVE THE LAW!!!
Here's the word that could very well be Clay's parting shot. Check it:
Clay Chastain: Mayor James's attorney (Pat McInerney) accused me (before the judge) of "trying to hijack" city election results.
Mr. McInerney, I am not hijacking anything, just calling legal attention to the fact your client (Sylvester James) should not be allowed to, once again, act above the law...you know running as a candidate when he was delinquent on his city taxes.
If anyone could be accused of hijacking anything it would be Mayor James. As follows:
1. Mayor James hijacked a valid constitutional light rail initiative and held it captive in court for 3 years denying the people a vote on their initiative.
2. Mayor James hijacked the election on the light rail initiative (after the Missouri Supreme Court over ruled the mayor and declared the initiative constitutional) by sabotaging the ballot language and not telling voters they were voting for an intuitive petition for light rail...just 2 taxes!
3. Mayor James hijacked the streetcar elections by denying citywide voters a say in those two rigged elections.
Running as a candidate for mayor while delinquent on his city taxes, was the least of Mayor James' offensives.

The apathy and voter laziness in Kansas Shitty is fucking off the charts. What a shame that the one guy who pushes to enforce some standard of legality and integrity to local politics happens to have to come in from Virginia to sue. Fast food establishments should be avoided, because they are nearly always niggered up. Either it's the staff or it's the customers.
ReplyDeleteI'm a huge fan of family-owned restaurants. Rarely do they hire niggers, because they hire family or close personal friends.
I bet your area has one with pick-up trucks in the parking lot or local heating and A/C vans or something like that. Some sign that the customers are working people.
They're a very good bet. because niggers don't like being around people who work. They won't go there to eat.

Many years ago, I had a friend who worked at a local restaurant as a busboy. The owner had recently purchased the restaurant and was trying to sort out the existing employees to see which ones to keep. The previous owner was somewhat of a deluded liberal and had a few niggers working in back as dishwashers and prep cooks. Anyway, the new owner discovered that he was going through small dishes and cutlery like crazy. The niggers said that customers were stealing them. The owner asked my friend the busboy and he said he was cleaning off the table what should have been there and taking it back to the dishwasher. So, the owner had an idea; he retrieved from the dumpster and tore open some bags of trash. Lo and behold, not only did he find tableware thrown away but also meat. Yup, the niggers were stealing steaks chops and chicken by throwing them away and then coming back after closing to retrieve them. Yes, in hot summer weather, niggers were hiding stolen raw meat in bags of trash in a dumpster. Apparently they were selling most of it to other niggers.
