    This is not a MoDOT funding crisis. This is a State of Missouri not properly funding their DOT. Check out how other states fund their DOT's

    Steve Miller the commissioner, is the same lawyer crook who runs Modot, yet sues them for millions. Maybe if he would stop sueing them, they would have more money.
