KC sucks when it comes to animal welfare...a family on Tracy in Midtown left a dog on a roof (the family vacated the home) in the summer with no water, food or shelter. The dog was finally rescued by the Fire Dept. and, after major veterinary care, is in a wonderful rescue home.
ReplyDeleteI noticed a couple of weeks ago, this family has returned to the house and has a new puppy.
WHERE IN THE HELL IS THE KC ANIMAL CONTROL?? You lose a dog, you get no more. Period. Eat mo chickn.
