11:04 are you kidding? Vote in Wyandotte County? A few thousands votes out of tens of thousands registered voters show up. They have been trained well to stay home and eat pork rinds. When the same people are on the ballot year after year, the same old unqualified bought and paid off fools, who in the hell cares. It's a plan that has worked well. These crooks stay in these positions for 20-30 years. One of these positions not on the ballot is the police chief and his appointment is made by the same old kick back king and queens. Take the sheriff, has two jobs. No opposition for several terms for both his positions. Vote my ass.
