Its nice to see judges standing up to Prosecutors who wish to hide important facts to the case. National Security is not a carte blanche cover up tool. If I fart in South Dakota can I claim a national security exemption? After all if a terrorist knew about my farts he could plan to light it up and blow half the natural gas in the bakken oil play.
