"Blue Springs, was arrested Saturday after three witnesses reported seeing a sexual assault in progress inside the business, which was closed at the time, at the corner of Truman Road and Grand Boulevard.

"According to court documents:

"The witnesses were walking past the business just after 6 a.m. Saturday when they saw a man having sex with a woman who appeared to be unconscious.

"When they pounded on the window, the man looked up at them and began to drag the woman toward a back room. They called police.

"When questioned later, the woman told detectives she had a couple of beers while sitting at the bar with Skeen before he gave her two shots of an alcoholic beverage. She does not remember anything after that."
