(b)Taxpayer. Current on all city taxes or municipal user fees, as attested by the candidate to the City Clerk in a form prescribed by the Director of Finance
Sec. 207. - Forfeiture of office.
(a)Required forfeiture of office. A member of the Council, including the Mayor, shall forfeit office if the member:
(5)Fails to possess the qualifications specified in this Charter to be elected to office
Fact:
**Property tax records show the Mayor failed to pay his taxes on time three years in a row.
Any Citizen could seek to have the City enforce the Forfeiture provision of the Charter
