Craig Glazer: Judy! Judy! Judy! Fun! Comedy Icon!
Ah yes Judy Tenuta has done it all comedy fans. The two time Grammy Nominee and a true legend of all female comics. Judy has recently done the Lady Gaga video, hosted TMI Hollywood and been on Letterman. Judy got hot with her Showtime Specials, Dr. Katz Series and of course her Wierd Al shows. Early in her career she even did Hollywood Squares as the center square.
Tenuata was a regular in all the big clubs and theaters on tour often with Steven Wright. Today she lives in LA having moved from New York where she did the Material Girl Special and was a regular at all the big comedy clubs. Judy came often to the Westport Stanfords and now returns this weekend at the new Stanford and Sons Restaurant and Comedy Club at Rosana Square. Yes she does the "Love Godess' character and gives ladies lessons in dating and love making. Her high energy act is still a riot. The lady stays in shape.
On the flip side, next week one of the young guns from the new breed of comedy stars makes his first trip to KC, Dan St. Germain. Dan now starring on Guy Code/Girl Code got rolling with his Best Week Ever hostings and his one hour comedy special. Dan was one of the first comics to be on with Jimmy Fallon on the new Tonight Show as well as Conan. Dan was also a regular in the series In Security. He will have his tv show later this year as well.

Judy Tenuta used to be a funny alt-comic back in the day. I laughed when I was 10 watching her on comedy channel (pre comedy central). But c'mon Judy!
