I have lived in Kansas City for over 50 years and I have never seen snow removal this bad. I call 311 a couple of times last year and they kept telling me they don't have the resources to do side streets. I told them I was complaining about main thoroughfares, but they said they were doing there best. I told the twit on the line if this is your best I would hate to see your worst response. I also told them they could shove the toy train right up the Mayor's ass!
