Police: Woman killed, 2nd woman in custody

"Police said they arrested one woman in connection to a homicide investigation at an apartment complex in the 3000 block of Linwood in Kansas City, Mo.
"Officers responded to a call of a "cutting" around 10:30 a.m. Saturday. The victim died on the scene."
