  2. I guess Hoops will be the last person laid off there.

  3. Hoops will make an outstanding art critic.
As long as all the art is either black or white, she'll do fine.

  6. Alice refused to meet me one time, but then again what have I ever done for art in this shit hole of a cow town. If there is one thing you could say was definitively Alices' style was her tendency to focus on the same three artists in Kansas city, they must of been her pets. She will not be missed.

  7. There's such great art in KC. We need good coverage but there are places like KC Studio and others that are so much better than The Star.

  8. Hoopz first article as the Star's Art Critic: "The Velvet Elvis----Racist?"

  9. The Star had a "art critic?"

  10. The STAR is dying and almost dead. Start thinking about how to repurpose that new building!

  11. Just think when the Star finally dies, the city leaders will push for a tax hike to fund an indoor entertainment district in that big green monstrosity. Or turn it into a parking lot for the friday hipsters.

  12. ...and nothing of value was lost.
