Sympathy and cash have poured in to the KC Pet Project in order help the doggie that probably should have been put down. The mutt they call "Roadrunner" has been one of the best fundraising tools the organization has ever devised even if putting the dog through every day misery doesn't seem very humane at all.

Meanwhile, the po'folk white lady who is getting railroaded in the Roadrunner case will be in court on Friday in a case that's based mostly on circumstantial evidence and hearsay amid an ongoing squabble with neighbors that is being downplayed.
