TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! INSIDERS RAGE OVER DEATH PENALTY FOR JOCO ANTISEMITIC KKK RACIST SHOOTER BUT STILL NO CAPITAL MURDER CHARGES AGAINST SUSPECTED SOUTH KANSAS CITY KILLER!!!

Quick look at disparity when it comes to justice across The State Line in the Kansas City metro area.

Today, Johnson County prosecutors didn't surprise anybody when they pushed for death penalty charges against avowed KKK-Leader, racist and antisemitic shooter Frazier Glenn Miller.

The prosecutors took their time and seem to have a solid case.

But still . . .

BACK IN JACKSON COUNTY INSIDER RAGE OVER THE FACT THAT THE KANSAS CITY QUINTUPLE ALLEGED KILLER HAS YET TO FACE CAPITAL MURDER CHARGES!!!

Funny thing . . . Kansas is slow to use the death penalty and the former KKK leader is likely to die in jail while Missouri has been killing inmates at a record pace and the Kansas City suspect is likely to see the lethal injection room sooner than most people think if he is found guilty of his alleged crimes.

Within the Courthouse, sources close to Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker are stalling for time and seem to be hoping the case will quickly fade out of the headlines.

Still . . .

SOME SUSPECT THAT MEAN JEAN DESIRES A BIGGER POLITICAL CAREER AND DOESN'T WANT TO ALIENATE VOTERS WHO DISAGREE WITH THE DEATH PENALTY!!!

You decide but there continues to be outcry regarding yet another instance of local death penalty disparity that could fuel higher crime rates in KC proper by way of example . . . But at this point the facts are clear. A racist across the state line has justifiably met with death penalty charges while a South Kansas City Killer who many believe had his own racial motivations CONTINUES TO AVOID CAPITAL MURDER CHARGES.

Developing . . .

  5. I mean, you linked here to one of your OWN posts, say vague shit like "INSIDER RAGE" and "SOME SUSPECT" but don't back it up with anything (like people who are actually angry) so that renders it so stupid as to be almost meaningless.

Is this a joke blog, like The Onion? Or what?

  6. Well, it is a joke blog, but more on the order of early Mad magazines where the audience was prepubescent teenage boys.

  12. How about this one, in Shawnee County in Sept. there was an officer who was shot and killed in the line of duty.

Shawnee District Attorney Chad Taylor filed death penalty charges 3 weeks later

Here's the proof, read it and weep @10:03:

Capital charge filed over Kansas officer's death

No matter how you look at it, there is a different standard of justice here in Jackson County thanks to Jean Peters Baker and her politically focused office.

  14. Kansas, with the most extreme-right government in the country, is soft on anti-Semites.

How, exactly, is this a surprise?

  15. Opposing the death penalty is not a crime--capital or otherwise. There is NO story here.
