perhaps the Chiefs should use the Dallas Cowboys model. Led by a moron for 30 years, the Cowboys hired a real good offensive line coach, drafted offensive linemen for about 4 or 5 years and now have the best o-line in football, the leading rusher and are in the playoffs.
