"If he does not keep his promise at that news conference to get current on his city taxes he will be faced when filing for Mayor with having to sign a sworn affidavit like all candidates that he is current on all taxes. If he lies on the affidavit he could be prosecuted."
Mr. Chastain wouldn't be the only guy in Kansas City thwarted by the demands of the E-Tax.
