"An Independence boy is living with family members while his parents and the Children’s Division – Missouri Department of Social Services fight over custody after suspicion of abuse or neglect was reported by a doctor at Children’s Mercy Hospital.
Healthcare professionals are mandated reporters, which means they have to report any sort of suspected abuse. An Independence family says they think their son was essentially kidnapped."

Once again, this child ignored their responsibilities under the second amendment and did not arm themselves. Their kidnapping was totally predicable. Thin the herd.

ReplyDeleteThey say the child is in foster care. I don't consider family, foster care. If they are correct in their allegations, Attorneys would stand in line to take the case (pro bono)
We live in America, we are free to get healthcare where we choose and pay for it ourselves.

ReplyDeleteour son jaxon who is 8 years old was unjustly removed from our home on September 18th 2014 . Jaxon was removed based upon a phone Call from a medical professional who got angry with us because we wanted a 2nd opinion. This doctor immediately made a hotline call and CPS got involved and immediately removed jaxon based upon a statement by a dr. They never even had a chance to review his complex medical records. Since he's been removed we've learned that this commonly happens in this hospital. Our attorneys have informed us that we will need $30-$50 thousand dollars to prove our innocents in medical abuse. We're reaching out to the public to help us bring Jaxon home. This hospital has unlimited funds were as we do not. We are in a David and Goliath battle here.
