Meanwhile, suburbanites seems to be less concerned with the fate of Kansas City proper and more interested in playing up their home team affiliation for any mainstream media denizen who might listen.

    ...and watching the boob tube this afternoon I have noticed something KC is even terrible at and that is loca broadcasting. On every channel you have these wannabe national broadcast journalists sitting at the stadiun. How much fun it is to watch them mis ques, chop in and out of stories and video, watch them sit there staring into the cameras with deer eyes and just looking like a bunch of grade school kids playing newsman in front of the mirror. This is just terrible and I can only imagine how folks in the national press are laughing at these hicks trying to look like they know what the hell they are doing. How embarrassing.
