Here's the note that was just sent our way:
"Are you aware that Google Fiber has been out in the Lea Manor (near Rockhurst HS) area of KC since Saturday night? No TV, No Internet, No Answers. People who think Time-Warner's customer service is bad should give Google's a whirl. They prefer contact by e-mail and chat, which is pretty hard when the internet is down."
Again, the reality here is that Google Fiber hasn't sparked a brand new economy in Kansas City but it's hella fast and pretty much coveted by most Kansas City residents who want to do cool stuff like video or gaming and I've heard their TV service is basically the best thing exists in any market place.
We're more than prepared to blame failing Kansas City infrastructure overall for challenges that face Google, especially given that South KC is pretty much a wasteland and mostly neglected by the past 3 Mayoral Administrations.
But even the very best must endure challenges . . . Especially in Kansas City.

During the process, more than 3 gas lines have been hit, lawns have been torn up and have not been corrected to the original condition, and citizens have been pouring into Lenexa city hall. Your company needs to get this problems under control. It would be awesome if you could not burn down their house down or blow up Post Oak Farm's subdivision.
