MUST READ!!! SHOW-ME MISSOURI WEED ACTIVIST EAPEN THAMPY CONNECTING DRUG WAR TO FERGUSON UPRISING!!!

Tonight we want to feature a thought provoking insight from one of the most influential political activists in Kansas City.

Eapen Thampy has worked to reform marijuana laws throughout the state. Thanks to his work Columbia, Missouri is pretty much an OPEN town when it comes to small quantities of weed - What used to be an arrestable offense now results in a throwaway ticket for most adults.

Even better, Eapen and his colleagues (notice Toni Bones featured above too) plan to bring their weed advocacy to new heights in Kansas City Proper.

But right now . . .

READ THIS EPIC INSIGHT INTO THE DRUG WAR AND PERSONAL LIBERTY CONNECTED TO THE FERGUSON UPRISING!!!

Check it;

From Ferguson To Liberty

Here's the money line:

"But even racism is not enough to explain these evils; I do not reckon that racial hatred exists in the same way as it did in the 1960’s. We know that evil festers in the shadows, and the shade cast by Jim Crow’s specter was enough to birth Richard Nixon’s War on Drugs, which is where domestic law enforcement became detached from traditional notions of democratic, representative, and accountable governance.

"This is an important point, and we have seen it demonstrated in so many ways since that fateful day: when it mattered the most, every level of government failed to do the right thing, partially because every level of government was complicit in this terrorism.

"We know a path forward, however. While they were not very representative of the country America was or has become, the insights of the Founding Fathers to provide a template for individual rights as the cornerstone of our society provides us some direction. As America turned away from the world of Jim Crow, we forgot that the colorblind, bureaucratic expansion of government under every President from Richard Nixon to Barack Obama made the government terrorism in Ferguson inevitable."

Certainly something to consider tonight and part of the changing conversation when it comes to law enforcement in Kansas City and throughout the State.

Developing . . .

  1. Almost agree but never underestimate the power of racism round these parts.

  2. Uh sure.....that was a "though provoking" post...or, whatever!!

    Let's review:

"But even racism is not enough to explain these evils; I do not reckon that racial hatred exists in the same way as it did in the 1960’s. Translator PLEASE!!!! This is garbled crap!!!

"This is an important point, and we have seen it demonstrated in so many ways since that fateful day: when it mattered the most, every level of government failed to do the right thing, partially because every level of government was complicit in this terrorism."-----MORE CRAP!!!!! This makes NO SENSE!!

The author totally shoots himself in the foot on this one. Poor sentence structure, disjointed string of thoughts, and lack of cohesion in explaining your message spells failure for the pro-cannabis pitchman.

  5. Let's win people to our side by calling all the white ones (and their parents and grandparents) vile racists and then babble on for a couple more paragraphs. And has he never seen Reefer Madness because it predates the modern War on Drugs by year.

It is interesting to ponder what effect legalization would have on the ghetto economy because there's a good chunk of money made dealing weed. Or maybe there would be not much effect like is happening in Colorado because the legal stuff is pricey and only available to 21 and over. That leaves a large black market which leaves room for a continuing war on drugs...sigh.

  7. Well I am glad Tony brings this shit to our attention and like others when I see Toni Bones a part of it I then know it's a fucking scam and corrupt.

Yes weed will be legal some day, but those two fucking idiots will not be the ones that makes it happen, in fact if they don't shut the fuck up they will become the two main reasons it shouldn't be legal. A single non working MOM with kids from more than one MALE, sitting around the house stoned all the time isn't a picture you want many people to see or vision in their minds.
