Kansas City Blogger Bill Tammeus Considers Maybe A Moment Of Doubt For Bishop Finn

Kansas City blogger and newsman legend Bill Tammeus doesn't allow comments on his blog so we thought taking this space to question his theory about Bishop Finn might be worth a moment of reflection: Is Finn now more vulnerable? 9-30-14 (Bill's 'Faith Matters' Blog)

  1. Priests like lawyers all stick together like common thieves till the bitter end before selling one another out. If the Catholic church fires Finn then they are admitting that Finn was wrong and it might appear they know more than are letting on which would probably cause more questions as to what has really been gong on.

  2. This has nothing to do with his conviction.
As always, it is about THE MONEY!
The parishes are being bled dry to pay out settlements. Consequently, there has been a 25% drop in the number of Catholics in the diocese.
(No people + no money = bye-bye Bishop.)

  3. There are sins of commission and sins of Omission. So far Finn's sins have not been dealt with.

  4. Catholic Parishioners, rich ones at that, have openly stated that they will not give money to the Catholic Diocese until Finn is GONE. They pay money to the local parish directly, but if it is earmarked for the diocese, then they get nothing while Finn is bishop.

  5. Go Pope Frankie, kick some ass!
