Tragically, I don't there's no upside to this story of misplaced Kansas City priorities, urban blight and decaying infrastructure . . . The MAX bus route isn't going to fix this problem unless they're going to put a trash truck on the line.

ReplyDeleteRats are a known delicacy and when prepared correctly can be added to many soups and should be in eateries throughout the world. In pastries, ground up carcasses served properly are an excellent topping when prepared properly.
