Pitch Probes Gov. Brownback Polling Probs

Here @ TKC we have long understood that polling data is mostly an exercise in political rhetoric. This Pitch post examines the latest round of data that still doesn't convince our bloggy community that victory is eminent for an empty suit Democrat in Red State Kansas even with the help of the New York Times and every columnist who has read the first three chapters of the latest Malcolm Gladwell book: Even Sam Brownback's internal polling isn't that good

    In the last four years SURVEY USA was probably purchased by some Liberal group. Didn't OK senator Tom Cole used to own a big piece of the company.

    Davis has a special qualification that everybody seems to forget about: He's a major party candidate who is not Brownback.

    There are Kansans who wouldn't even vote for Jesus if he was a Democrat.That goes without saying in this nutball state.

    But there are Kansans who are rational as well. Quite a few are Republicans.
