The Kansas City Summer killing and homicide season is in full swing now.
Here's a quick compilation of the weekend carnage that's still in progress:
KCTV5: Fight escalates into deadly shooting at party
KMBC: Parking lot shootings injure 3 overnight in KC
Fox4: Double shooting in downtown area leaves one man dead
KSHB: 1 dead as police investigate overnight shootings
KC Live Action News: Three injured in gun battle outside Kansas City apartment
This is Kansas City homicide #40 so far this year and the 6th murder in around the past two and a half weeks within KC proper.

KC's violence problem should be an election issue but most local "leaders" aren't willing to be held accountable on the topic.

We need more guns carried by everyone and hidden on their bodies or at least we need to carry hidden guns and assume everyone else is carrying guns so we shoot first. That will end the violence and death.

ReplyDeleteUsed to live in that building. Ironically, when I moved in July 4th, 2005, I heard "fireworks" in case park. Turns out later it was gun shots, and two guys got shot. Other than that. Never had any problems there. Always hung out with my white supremecist neighbor. The blacks were afraid of him.
