NBC Action News features the most detailed account of Brenda Wood indicted today on federal bank fraud charges . . . "The U.S. Attorney’s Office released a statement Thursday that accuses Wood of five counts of bank fraud, one count of theft from an employee benefit program and four counts of willful violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act."

ReplyDeleteActually, the Busines Journal was more thorough than KSHB. Woods faces 6 million in fines, up to 30 years n one set of charges and up to 35 years on a second set of charges and they're far from finished with her. I think they're going to give her the opportunity to make a deal on this stuff and then sign off on all the lesser stuff.
