ReplyDeleteAgreed, if the rich Kemper's and the others associated with the Royal want a new toy, let them spend THEIR money on it. Us tax payers that don't have near the amount of money they do are already on the hook for enough crap as it is.

I don't care who pays for the demolition, just tear that monstrosity DOWN - it is one butt-ugly building, and the architect on that one should be banished to a Third World Country. You can construct that trash in studio, but it should end there.
ReplyDeleteThe city needs to get out of the arena business and consider a type of governance that represents the people - quite a concept eh? If a private entity wants to buy the land and redevelop for the KC horse society then let then go for it.
