You hit on one true fact here TKC. Finn is well-respected and he has been a reformer in KC. Some don't realize that but it has always been the case and they don't remember the legacy of the previous bishop and the good work that finn has done to create more transparency than any other diocese in the Midwest.

In the end, MONEY will talk and Bishop Finn will be re-assigned to a new rectumry out in North Dakota somewhere.

ReplyDeleteIf you are giving one penny to the catholic church, Finn is laughing his ass off at you and you deserve to be laughed at.
If the diocese was operated like the business it really is, Finn would have been fired after his misdemeanor conviction and sued for malfeasance. It's up to about $12 million on his watch now, and yet the stockholders fill the pews every Sunday in a vote of confidence for their CEO, who gravely asks them to pray about it and says he's praying about it too. There really are no stupider people on earth than Kansas City Catholics.
