- A great deal of police resources and manpower are still needed to protect that Plaza.
- Westport remains ratchet.
- Loitering in front of the P&L District is the new hotness.
Meanwhile, Kansas City remains focused on toy train streetcar priorities that may or may not provide FREE transit between all of these embattled entertainment districts.

No I saw on one of the Twitters that Nurse Ratchet was down there and she be a mean woman probably causing amniocentesis among the young people.
