KSHB: One person is dead after a reported shooting near the intersection of James A Reed and Bannister Road.
Fox4: There are two gas stations near the crime scene and Sgt. Thompson said police will review surveillance footage. Police urge anyone with information about the deadly shooting to call the TIPS Hotline at (816) 474-TIPS.

Remember when this area was working-class white people and was nice? No, they weren't mansions or rich but they did what they could and took care of their property. Then what happened? The black plague moved in. Paint peeled and grass died. Crime sky-rocketed. Why is it there is literally never a nice area that is all black? It always, always goes to hell. ReplyDeleteI wanted to try a place called Olive Cafe (and did and liked it) that is in this area, but I was really scared. There are people just wandering around in the middle of James A. Reed and other streets pants sagging down to their ankles and looking intimidating. Looks like a third world country.

ReplyDeleteStupid ass peckerwoods... it was a white man stupid ass... when a guy fires 4 shots in a car on a busy intersection, the victim did something.... see what you peckerwoods don't understand is that more than 50 percent of that fresh blood is due to the victim doing something in the past... when blacks are victims of assult, burglary, robbery,etc, the cops do nothing.. we give info and they never do anything... so when you keep seeing the person that did you wrong, still living free, still threatening you, you get tired... if a white man dose another white man like that and gets no justice, I have no problem if that white man got even... If this is really the case, then why does the black police chief and his entire force say they can't get the negroes to "snitch" on anything.
9:08 probably has a valid point considering how poor the KCPD are. But when one shoots someone in response to some perceived slight then the favor is apt to be returned by that victims friends or family and so on. So it never ends, innocents are caught in the crossfire, jobs, lives and property destroyed.
