  1. I just wonder why he doesn't go by Pedro Whitaker which is how he was known to his friends. That might be important when his trial comes around.

  9. The person he shot at told the police a time after he had already driven far from the scene and discovered the bullet hole. He gave an approximate time not thinking it was that important. Now this clown is trying to use a few minutes discrepancy on one incident to prove innocence. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time, Pedro.

  11. Cell phone records only prove where the cell phone was.

  12. I only had my cell phone with me five out of six times so I should be found innocent? This guy must have been created with Sly's DNA

  15. It doesn't cast reasonable doubt as the data points are questionable on both ends. Other evidence trumps this issue.

    Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. Next up: the crazy defense.

  16. You are more likely to be killed by a space meteorite while sleeping in bed.....than Pedro Whitaker being found innocent of these shootings.

    It's an extremely strong case!

  17. Consider not making all of your headlines not a complete single sentence that collapses of their own weight.

    One of the best is the use of colon and semi-colen. : and ;

    Your headlines are horrible and your posts remain too long. No way I'd drag through all of that on a smart phone. And that's now how MOST people other than those employees dickin around at city hall... get their internet news!

  18. 11:04 he wont be found innocent he will be given a sentence that makes him look innocent.

    He is gunna git off so light it will make yo futtin head twim.

  19. Low hit count here

  20. What an idiotic defense. It is possible for you and your cell phone to be in two different places at one time. So this once he left it at home. What about all the other times where it puts him at the scene of the crime. Oh, and his car fits the description too. Oh, and there hasn't been this type of shooting since his arrest.

  21. He hasn't been executed yet?

    WTF?
