KCTV5 reports on Kansas City housing disparity and now a formal argument: "A complaint filed Tuesday with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development says the Florida-based company hired to keep dozens of Kansas City-area Fannie Mae homes in shape is more likely to slack off in African American and Latino neighborhoods than in Caucasian neighborhoods.
"The company under fire is Cyprexx.
"The complaint is based on a survey of conditions in the metro in March, looking at eight maintenance categories like cutting grass, trimming shrubs, clearing trash and fixing vandalism.
"It found one or more problems at 37 percent of the foreclosed homes in predominantly white communities. In communities of color, that figure jumped to 67 percent. "

ReplyDeleteThose houses in predominantly minority neighborhoods have been stripped of any copper, including the a/c coils, if not the whole unit. The overpass just west of 435 on Indy ave has been stripped of its aluminum handrails for fucks sake. Point is, naturally the homes in those areas are in worse shape. Anything that can be scavenged has been.

There's a reason why a wheel is round...We are in the box, told to think outside, asked if the box exists, or does it matter and finally, the usual who gives a box. Point being, the smoothness of the tire determines the ride. A nail here, a stick there, a chunk of glass, soon you're talking a slow leak and finally a major catastrophic blowout. A tire carefully built, maintained, molded, checked rolls longer. You have a choice. The future in KC is bright, you better wear shades.....

If not for them people like the pussybear and his ilk would have holocausted the freed slaves. It's apparent that you cavemen have no respect for the humanity of Blacks and seek only to view these people in the worse possible light. If put these people in a social / racist cage lock them away from jobs, quality housing, education, and dignity why the hell are you surprised that a few "bad apples" revolt? For decades, billions of dollars have been poured into programs to help the negroes become self-sufficient in every way possible … welfare, food stamps, Medicaid, educational grants and scholarships, community reinvestment, after-school programs, midnight basketball and community centers … you name it and it’s been tried and failed miserably because the majority of negroes prefer to play the race card and accept handouts instead of putting forth the effort required to change their situation.
