Take a moment to listen to local streets and realize all of that garbage about this being "a nation of laws" is just a line that politicos use to get their way . . . Mostly for a corporation paying their bills.

The firecracker blasts in KCMO have already become constant and punctuate the longstanding joke that local fireworks law is the least bit enforceable in the urban core or even worth wasting the time of a crackdown . . .
The latest tactic is to note that pets are afraid of firecrackers which is a nice new spin that's also futile. And so, the Summer celebration might cost a few horrific accidents but nothing will stop locals celebrating their freedom and this nation by blowing up a small piece of it.

ReplyDeleteI don't care that people shoot them off as long as its not my neighborhood, tired of picking up the trash every July 5th that these idiots leave in my yard, not to mention I don't share the same "patriotic enthusiasm" most of these people do. a lot of these dumb asses drink while they're shooting fireworks and endanger the neighborhoods as well as those around them. my house ever goes up in flames there will be a few neighbors having some serious problems.
