HILARIOUS!!! KANSAS CITY SPY CAMS TO CATCH ILLEGAL DUMPERS HAVE BEEN STOLEN AND VANDALIZED!!!

Here's a Kansas City reality check that indicates the effort to stop illegal dumping is a bit tougher than previously anticipated.

"The city currently has 25 cameras on watch and nine more are to be installed to replace 10 stolen or vandalized so far this year."

In other words . . . Kansas City remains a dumping ground and the penchant for local surveillance by authorities doesn't seem to prevent the hot mess.

More in a bit . . .

  4. This one has "white trash" written all over it.

Hoodies don't dump. They would have to load the trash to dump it. Not happening. Let it lay is their mantra.

  7. WHAT EXACTLY DOES THE CITY EXPECT?

Remember a few months back, when the long-time KCMO city employee was caught illegally dumping dead animals at an illegal dump site instead of taking them to the incinerator?

    And what happened to him?

    Was he fired? NO

Did he get a slap on the wrist? Probably. I don't think they ever publicly explained the outcome.

City employees likely stole these surveillance cameras so they themselves wouldn't be caught jerking off.

I don't want to jump to conclusions, but it appears to me that Kansas City, Missouri, is somewhat of a hell hole populated by low-class trashy types of people.
