Like it or not, this is bigger and better than ultra-Catholic Rick Santorum support because many people actually like Gov. Christie and his bullying reality show politics. Also, he might be the only Republican to block Hillary's march toward the White House.

WSJ: "Mr. Christie is slated to travel to Kansas on Aug. 20 for a roundtable with incumbent GOP Gov. Sam Brownback, according to a copy of an invitation viewed by The Wall Street Journal. The suggested minimum contribution is $25,000 to attend the private event at the home of doctors in Mission Hills, a suburb of Kansas City."
We're not sure if the refined sensibilities of Mission Hills are prepared for the brash GOP big timer but there is no doubt that this endorsement carries a great deal of weight for Gov. Brownback.

Maybe if the two rich doctors hosting the event have sex in front if the group... if they allow video taping, that might be worth $25,000. Other than that, the money raised at this event should be donated half to the Kansas Budget and half to Save the Whales (in honor of Christie). I hope that they have been thoughtful enough to give a gratis invite to Kansas City's next pundit of the Century, TKC's own Tony Botello, the Blogger King :)
