The latest murder in Kansas City, Missouri murder once again reminds us that this town's rate of violence isn't a game:
KCPD: Woman's body found in playground at apartment complex in Kansas City, Mo.
Deets:
"Someone called police around 8 a.m. Wednesday after they found the body at the Maple Hills Apartment Complex, 7000 Crabapple Lane, just off of Eastwood Trafficway between Interstate 435 and Blue Parkway. They found the victim under the equipment behind the complex. Authorities said she appears to have suffered blunt force trauma to the head."
The important thing to note here is that (unofficially) today's homicide is the 2nd this week and puts this town @ 32 murders so far compared with 36 at this time last year.
ONLY 4 MURDERS SHY OF LAST YEAR'S HOMICIDE RATE . . . IT'S GETTING HARDER TO ARGUE THAT KANSAS CITY IS MAKING MUCH PROGRESS IN THE FIGHT TO CURB THE LOCAL MURDER COUNT!!!
More in a bit . . .
Another Third District murder. Jermaine Reed and Alvin Brooks must be slapping themselves silly with embarrassment. What dorks! Adhoc Group Against Crime is the biggest scam running.
ReplyDeleteSo...homicide are STILL down.
ReplyDeleteBy more than 10%.
And Reed is a councilman and a member of the council public safety committee. Brooks is the PRESIDENT of the board of police commissioners.
ReplyDeleteWhat a bunch of sorry excuses for folks who claim to represent their community!

ReplyDeleteFebruary was very cold and snowy and the murders were way down that month. And that's about the only PROGRESS made this year.
There will be between 102 and 107 murders in KCMO in 2014.
When you do the same thing the same way with the same people you are pretty likely to get the same results and, although the names of the latest programs and nonprofits may change, the lack of seriously addressing the crime problem remains.
Endless tragedies.
WELCOME TO DETROIT
ReplyDeleteLooks like another used nigger.
ReplyDeleteAll this just so Sly can build a toy train boondoggle!
ReplyDeletethink about how many people we could have paid not to kill each other if it wasn't for the STREETCAR!!!!!!!!!!!
Monkeys at the zoo were really nasty today. Seems stormy weather has them in a tizzy. Just need a few warm 90 degree days and Killa City will surpass the murder YTD stats.
ReplyDeleteIf the stupid fucks could shoot, they would have it covered already.
niggers shooting sideways never hit their target bear
ReplyDeleteOver/Under 115. C'mon niggers get off your lazy ass you ain'z tryin'.
ReplyDeleteDear Mr. Tony: Thanks for posting this info--with the city frantic to get the 2016 GOP convention, most of the rest of the city's media is sweeping crime news under the rug. But, still not time to panic: We are at 32 homicides for 2014--average at this point for years 2009-2003 is 41 homicides. Not quite time to break out the champagne, but still no reason to panic. Take care and God bless. In Christ, Ernest Evans
ReplyDeleteThe docs and nurses in the ERs are saving the day and they're not even getting any credit.
ReplyDeleteThat and poor aim and small caliber guns.
Nothing at all to do with the tens of millions spent and parading around by the nonprofits.
This blog requires a Neanderthal level of thinking. Thanks Kansas City! "Y'all" are doing a good job! "Get'ner done!"
ReplyDeleteironically, they found her on the 'monkey' bars
ReplyDeletekcmo hoping to put a monkey behind bars for the crime too
ReplyDeleteCause of death:
ReplyDeleteMonkey bars
She died doing what she loved....turning tricks on a playground in an urban warzone.
ReplyDeleteFuck you. This lady was/is a friend & coworker of mine. She had a great heart. Killed by the a person who has no value. Leaving her children motherless. So again FUCK YOU.
DeleteWas she also killed by the streetcar?
ReplyDeleteI know it has been targeting children playing in their peaceful Brookside backyards lining Brookside BLVD, an impossibly safe street where cars drive 55 mph.
Maybe the train got confused because she was at a playground, where children often are, and it killed her.
You should join the SAVE THE TROLLEY TRAIL (from being used for what is supposed to be used for) facebook page and make sure "renters" and "blacks" mind their place and vote the way Patrick Touhey and Dan Coffee an some retired Brookside white people think they should. Which, coincidentally, is exactly the way Rex and other rich out of town interests think they should...
What a lot of people don't know, is that Maple Hills apartments rents apartments to women who have been involved in abusive
ReplyDeleterelationship and the ass hole boyfriends or what ever find out where they live and show up to abuse them again.
And as for public safety (law enforcement) in Kansas City,it is a joke. The Sheriff's department and Police are corrupt along with most of the city council . They are all involved together. It's all about money and power.
ReplyDeleteShe wasn't turning tricks, she had a full-time job where she advanced to be a team lead over a period of 6 years and was raising 4 kids. I should know; I used to work with her. I work in a different department now, but we talked and played online games since that point. She had it rough over the years and was trying to get away from shitty men and unfortunately, one of those assholes caught up with her and killed her. I can't wait for his fucking ass to be found. Piece of human filth. May she rest in peace. She didn't deserve this! It's just unfortunate that men like this are out there. They are blinded by their desire to control and get what they want and as soon as they lose that control, they become enraged and decide that murder is the only viable outcome to the situation. Because moving on and opening yourself up to someone else is such a bad idea. Because women are so hard to find..... *rolls eyes*
ReplyDeleteYou guys are a bunch of close minded people... She was a mother of four amazing little boys, a very hard worker for a big name company... She was unfortunately involved in a domestic violent relationship and her life was taking leaving here family and friends behind whom loved her very much... It's sick how people are so quick to pass judgement when you have no idea who this beautiful soul was...
