TKC READER EXCLUSIVE!!! FIGHT FOR A MAN'S RIGHTS AND CALL TO END JACKSON COUNTY LADY SENTENCING DISPARITY IN CRASH THAT KILLED UNBORN CHILD!!!

Quick special comment from a TOP ECHELON KANSAS CITY INSIDER commenting on a shocking case this week . . .

"TKC, first of all I would like to comment Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker for prosecuting a woman suspected of killing an unborn child while driving with a suspended license. This is a sad case but it's also important for the public to know that in these instances women often don't receive equal punishment.

Here is just a bit of proof to back up that statement: The University of Michigan, found that men are given much higher sentences than women convicted of the same crimes in federal court."

And so, this prosecution is a great start but only half the battle . . . I would encourage your readers to follow this case and press their prosecutor and the judge to make sure this woman (if guilty) is given an EQUAL sentence under the law given that she (allegedly) did the same horrible damage that any man behind the wheel could have done in a similar situation. There is no cause for leniency. Thank you for your consideration."

Just one alternative perspective on this blog that probably won't get mentioned anywhere else.

  1. Kinda harsh but I get it.

  2. This is not federal court. It is Jackson County where she will not get a harsh sentence. I think the reason men get a more harsh sentence in federal court is most federal cases have to do with conspiracy and usually the women are a smaller part of the conspiracy and their lawyers are able to show that at sentencing.

I killed a hell of a lot more babies than she could even dream of and I was never prosecuted. I was brought to justice by a citizen acting in defense of the unborn and am now in the hands of my mentor and true inspiration Satan.

  4. Ha ha ha 12:46, George asked for forgivness, and God granted it! He sits right beside her in heaven. The Christian God turns the other cheek, 7 times 7, 70 times 70 and all that. Now if you're a Muslim or a Jew, well your God is a vindicitive God, but not our Christian one.
Well, I guess sending an angel to tell Mary to prepare herself (clean the cootchie?) Before the holy spirit raped her was not the nicest thing to do to a 14 yr old...

  5. Keeping with the TKC mission statement of standing in judgement of others with limited understanding of details, this post fits right in.

Give us Iraq postings. Could not differentiate Iraq from Iran, but that is just details.

  6. 1:29 - This blog is about Kansas City not Iraq. Go suck dicks over at the Huffington post.

  7. What is really odd is if she was driving home from the abortion clinic there would be no issue whatsoever.

  8. So, if she get's up in court and says she did it by choice because it is a woman's body and she has the constitutional right to make a choice whether to bear the kid I guess she is guilty of what? Performing one nasty ass abortion without a license?
