Remember, Clay Chastain is coming to the table with an election THAT HE WON and then THOUSANDS OF VOTERS WHO SIGNED HIS CITIZEN INITIATIVE PETITION . . . If Mr. Chastain can't get an answer then local residents with far less influence don't really stand much of a chance.
