The day before the GOP Convention 2016 Selection Committee is slated to visit Kansas City has endured a spate of local killing and gunfire.
To wit . . .
TONIGHT WE LOOK AT JUST A BIT OF KANSAS CITY RNC SIGNAGE AMID A WAVE OF DEADLY LOCAL VIOLENCE!!!
Now, here's a look at the carnage . . .
KCTV5: Two people were rushed to the hospital after separate shootings Tuesday afternoon.

KMBC: Critical injuries reported in shooting near 79th and Troost
Watching these banners fly . . . It's kind of ridiculous to think of the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS THAT KANSAS CITY HAS PAID OUT to consultants and other scammers to "help" the effort . . . On the ground level, there's really not a lot of evidence of their work.
Except some pretty signage . . .
We didn't notice any small biz helping out the effort either . . . But, to be fair, here's some video of KC Southern showing a bit of civic pride . . .
Remember, TKC has ALREADY WARNED OF PROTEST hinted at for tomorrow . . . But either way, so much local killing doesn't seem to prevent local politicos putting forth a great deal of effort for their pricey party.

If they walk down by the water they could find one of the infamous Kansas City "hoodrats" floating down the "Bile Bayou".
Then it's off to the east side to visit the new Aldi's on Troost. Nothing like having the RNC-16'ers panhandled by the Black wino's.
And finally a trip to the KC Zoo to watch the monkeys throw shit at each other. Wait, they have seen that at each stop already.
Seen enough, RNC-16 flies out of KC early and left a large envelope with a note inside with one word to the d-bags of Killa City......

As I said before, as if there there was no violence in inner city Washington and Baltimore....the selection team is not from Springfield. Kansas City does not have enough hotel rooms within walking distance of the sprint center. Crime is not the deciding factor.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all Fuck the GOP, 2nd of all I am sure the FF Union will find away to make sure that the convention wont happen here....or will they?...I am sure while they are a pro Democrat good ole boyz club and might just get some kick back from all the money that would flow through the crooked politicians hands if the GOP comes to town, as far as the fire service goes there is nothing loyal about them.

ReplyDeleteCrime may not be a factor for the GOPers, although it certainly is in the mix, but it should be a big factor for the people who actually live in KCMO.

Putting lipstick on a pig for out of towners and hoping they're too stupid to know what's really up.
And regularly ignoring the residents and businesses who are here all the time and end up paying for all the fun at city hall.
