There have been more than a few complaints about the new exec Jabari Turner who is a public figure, active in local education issues and a prominent local leader . . .



What's really wrong @ Kauffman Scholars . . .

"TKC, do you want to know what's really wrong with Kauffman Scholars??? Look no further than the new guy in charge -- Jabari Turner!!! Seems like the dude spends an hour or so in the morning (a couple of times A WEEK) carrying a real golf putter around the office area here, BS-ing and openly whining about how BORED he is and how he has NOTHING TO DO?!?!? We have an open office area (a bunch of cubes) where EVERYONE can hear him complain about doing nothing and probably making more money than everyone else -- huh?!?! Yeah, this dude has a like a golf putter he carries around because he actually has a golf putting green set up in his office! 

This whole place is a not-for-profit organization right? When I first saw it I thought, are you serious, IS THAT A PUTTING GREEN? 

He's a young guy and still learning the ropes, I get that . . . But ask around here and I think you'll discover that his management style is really lacking. Because nothing says, “I’m a corporate CEO, playbaby”, like a having a putting green in your office. And he expects to be taken seriously?!?!? NEVAH. GONNA. HAPPEN. 

Clearly, our leadership at Kauffman has really let things slide given their treatment of a woman during her high risk pregnancy -- how sad."

Now, while there's nothing inherently wrong with golf or doing a (bad) Tiger Woods impersonation, we have reached out to Mr. Turner many times and even resoted to Twitter but still no word back. We're willing to hear his side of the story and post it BUT for now . . .

Outrage over the treatment of a lady in the midst of her high risk pregnancy has more than a few readers of this blog fuming mad . .
