About a year ago KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTERS broke news that Mayor Pro Tem Cindy Circo and Jackson County Legislator Theresa Garza Ruiz were living together in a strange arrangement aimed at securing residency status for the Legislator who wants to replace the termed out 5th-District At-Large Council Lady.
And now . . .
AWESOME TKC TIPSTERS ARE SAD TO REPORT THAT THE KANSAS CITY LADY POLITICO SLUMBER PARTY IS @ A CONCLUSION!!!
This dynamic duo is calling it splits-ville amicably even if there's a great deal of political chatter to the contrary. Currently, Theresa's residency search has taken her to a sketchy part of the metro in a tiny sliver of land where JaxCo meets KC proper in the 5th . . . And while we admire the future Council Lady for making an effort, it's clear that she doesn't have a great many roots in that part of town.
On the bright side . . . Behind the scenes we hear that Freedom, Inc. can't find a candidate to run against her so her opposition might be exceptionally limited.

ReplyDeleteIn order for Theresa to perpetrate the residency fraud she had to commit in order to even have a shot at running for City Council, she not only moved in with Sexy Cindy, but she also inconvenienced her mother and aunt.
Theresa's mom moved into the house in Blue Springs, which Theresa and Genaro were paying on.
That left Theresa's mother's house in Raytown open, so Theresa's Aunt moved into it.
The Raytown house -- which was haunted by the orgasmic screams of mommy fucking with a KCI maintenance guy -- might have been paid off which allows aunty to squat there.
It is unclear whether Theresa's mother is making payments on the former love nest in Blue Springs -- word is that T & G were underwater. If mommy simply took over the payments without notifying the mortgage company, that ugly term "mortgage fraud" enters the conversation.
Of course, when it all comes down to the bottom line: All these machinations were for nothing, because Theresa has not been a resident of Kansas City long enough to run for office in the next election. If she files. Her filing will be challenged and she will lose.
You know there is usually a bounty paid to people who report mortgage fraud?

9:44 AM Yeah but she had to stay within the First County Legislative District in order to keep her seat as the At-Large Legislator from that district. If she moved out of the First JaxCo district, she would immediately be thrown off the legislature. SOOOO she had to live around Truman East or in a couple of blocks of The Old Northeast.
