Right now here's quick look @ political correctness and concern over man-made global climate change actually wreaking havoc on employee morale in Kansas City.

To wit . . .

WORKERS @ CITY HALL RAGE AS THEIR PERSONAL WASTE BASKETS HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED BY MANAGEMENT AS PART OF A KANSAS CITY RECYCLING PROGRAM!!!

This new policy was instituted over the weekend and many workers were surprised to return to the Hall and notice their personal property (Emphasis theirs: "THAT THEY PAID FOR") had been confiscated in the name of saving the planet.



Who knew? Apparently, it's not corporate industrial pollution that's killing the planet but instead KCMO workers getting rid of office refuse that's turning the planet into a wasteland.

We don't want to be a toxic toad about this one but making City Hall workers walk all of their garbage to a central location in the hall somewhere is actually counterproductive and we hear that it has cut back on recycling efforts already. Most employees simply aren't going to bother . . .

Worse still . . .



Given that the Mayor drives around in a huge gas guzzler on the taxpayer dime . . . It might be important for politicos to realize that this small bit of Eco-friendly policy is probably worsening employee morale which is far more important to residents and taxpayers.
