Our blog has worked tirelessly to document this trend but here's a bit more evidence . . .
- To back up the Kansas City "sanctuary city" status . . . Remember that not-so-long ago City Council endorsed a de facto "amnesty resolution" opposing racial profiling and in support of the same kind of "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" currently favored by President Obama.
- The Mexican Counsulate located in Kansas City has stepped up its biz game and is now making a major "Smartport" push which touts the central location of Kansas City. Result: The word is out South Of the Border . . . KC is open for business.
- The Kansas City Westside CAN Center model of community policing was recently given loving treatment by the New York Times and offered global publicity for this town's lack of immigration law enforcement.
- And here's our "ground level" reporting that no other media outlet can do . . . RELATIVES OF THE UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS CAUGHT IN THE RECENT INFLUX RUCKUS @ THE BORDER ALREADY RESIDE IN KANSAS CITY!!! The "genie" is out of the bottle and wearing a sombrero.
- Finally, Kansas City is well stocked in XL underwear that undocumented immigrants so desperately need.
