The Sporting Kansas City Workout Plan



Remember that's there's nothing more rewarding than telling somebody about go workout to "bring back donuts" because it raises their heart rate and makes any caloric intake afterward that much more satisfying.

Accordingly, here's some Kansas City training advice . . .
