ReplyDeleteB U L L S H I T !!! The motto at the VA is, "A clerical mistake a day keeps the treatment away."
It is quite comforting to know that veterans a being screwed due to silly little clerical mistakes rather than folks intentionally trying to hurt them. So tell me, dear bureaucrats, what would happen to a civilian operation that was plagued with these clerical errors? Stop making excuses for incompetence and fix the freaking mess.
It's nice to see how clerical mistakes kill veterans.
