R U all less depressed now? She lives in a nice part of KCK and the water department shut off her water in 2011? That should be considered elderly abuse. Also, as a side note, who lives to 90 on their own now a days?

The BPU are a ruthless bunch of ass holes. Their salaries and pensions could support a small country. You can find the CEO on the golf course or riding around in his $50,000 suv. The commissioners travel first class to meetings otherwise called shopping trips or paid vacations.

There's a huge Unified Government department of useless overpaid people under the name LIVABLE NEIGBORHOODS. The budget is in the millions each year mainly for salary and benefits. There are hundred or more leased cars under their name. You can identity their cars on the freeway because they're driving 35 miles an hour in the right line so they don't have to work.
