MUST SEE!!! RISING STAR HIP-HOP ARTIST KYLE JAMES WISHES KANSAS CITY MAYOR SLY HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!

Our KICK-ASS TKC BLOG COMMUNITY seems to be in bad mood lately so we thought we'd provide some more good news for Sunday that offers an update on a formerly local celebrity.

Kyle James moved to Cali months ago and he's thriving given a great many hopeful social media updates media blasts which reveal progress on his hip-hop recording career.

In Kansas City, KJ often ran afoul of police and fellow denizens of the local hip-hop scene but the move to sunny LA seems to have given the young man a new outlook on life.

Today . . .

CHECK THIS INSPIRING FATHER'S DAY MESSAGE FROM KJ TO HIS DAD MAYOR SLY JAMES!!!

Here's the social media blast that's much nicer than anything Kansas City's Hallmark cards could have created . . .

Kyle James Seyz: "Happy Father's Day to ALL the good father's out there. Especially mine. My dad has never turned his back on me even when he may have had good reason. He stuck with me through years of me making mistakes. He always gives me sound, POSITIVE advice. He never turned his back on me. He Is also a living example of what hard work and good character can form a man into. Forget an athlete or a celebrity, my dad's my biggest inspiration. Happy Father's Day Sly James, the best guy I know!!!!"

On a bright note for the Mayor, KJ's problems in this cowtown did create more than a bit of criticism that spilled over to Mayor Sly's political life but KJ's ambitious LA journey and twenty-something turnaround seem to be a win for everyone and provide a chance to for both men to focus on the issues confronting them in their careers rather than personal drama.

  13. 7:03 comment = GENIUS!!!!

"Kyle James Seyz" Here the Mayor's staffer attempts to use slang, although it saves no space from the grammatically correct "says."

"My dad has never turned his back on me even when he may have had good reason." Here the ghost writer tries to convey a sense to the public that the Mayor is determined and committed.

"He always gives me sound, POSITIVE advice. He never turned his back on me. He Is also a living example of what hard work and good character can form a man into." Here the writer tries a little too hard to write as a young adult, repeating himself and capitalizing one word for no reason.

"Happy Father's Day Sly James, the best guy I know!!!!" Are we to believe that the Mayor's son calls his father "Sly James" ? A bit formal is it not? The Mayor's staffer was afraid to end without mentioning the Mayor's full name again, lest the public not receive the full indoctrination.

  14. That is what sucks about politics, media and TKC and his snivelers won't allow you an honest emotion. By the way, it's Tony who wrote "Kyle James seyz" do you people honestly think the Mayor would bother with that? He yhas been closing million dollar deals for the last ten years. He doesn't have to kiss ass to the press or a blog. funking dipshits.

  22. With KCMO becoming the innovation capital of the country, a hot spot for movie making, an arts nirvana, and a fashion mecca, it can't be long before Kyle comes back, probably accompanied by most of the rest of the Hollywood crowd excited about KC has passed California as a cutting-edge creative class town!
    Think about it, Sly.
