Lyft Vs. Kansas City In Court Again

Kansas City seems to be taking a legal beating at the behest of local Taxi Juggernaut Bill George ...

Here's the latest:

KC Biz Journal: Lyft asks federal court to dismiss Kansas City's TRO request

It wouldn't be altogether unlikely if this thing went through . . . In the end, Lyft is kinda skeevy and we're not sure if tech competition is actually all it's cracked up to be according to several online reviews.

Developing . . .

Your on it Tony...all the hub bub is mostly more Bill George narcissism. This city doesn't really fit the Lyft and Uber model that well.

Again we have local bureaucrats professing that some entity is committing a crime when it could be that the city is the entity engaged in illegal activity. The sad part is with these crooked KC bastards is they will keep rewriting the ordinance and forcing Lyft to re-defend itself just like they do when they are fucking with their own citizens.

Only in America, only in Missouri, and for sure only in Kansas City!! Fuck building more hotels downtown and raping the citizens for streetcars and a airport overhaul no one wants to come here anyway and more people are leaving this shit town than coming!
