  1. If Sly's looking for something to name after Kay Barnes, maybe the building that houses the bond attorneys and lawyers who made out so well financially themselves by committing the taxpayers to this fiasco would be a good candidate.
The refinancing deal was yet another desperate search for money for current needs, in this case pension fund payments, and extends the bonds to 2040 and adds another $36 million in debt.
Cordish and the drunken goobers who frequent the P&L District say thanks to the taxpayers.
Just like the swirling mass of planners, engineering firms, construction folks, bond attorneys, and all the rest who are cashing in on the streetcar.
    And will for decades.

  2. Who in their right mind wants to go to a area that looks like the 1850's ?

1850's you say..... yep, the "feral tree swingers" circle P&L like Indian's surrounding a wagon train. Just circling, waiting for someone to "jack", knock-out, rob, rape and/or murder.

Once you get that rep, close the doors. You just bought yourself another Bannister, Indian Springs, 63 & Troost, Ward Parkway or "Westroads".

Yes, RR's (Reverse Racist) at some point even you stupid motherfuckers have to see the common cause to these failures. The "American Negro". I know it pain's you "mom panty wearing" fucks to acknowledge the obvious.

Just keep yapping your RR (Reverse Racist) bullshit at the coffee shop as you pay for your fare with your parents credit card. Worthless assholes.

  5. Give it a little more time and it will be as "successful" as the other downtown projects that were going to revitalize KC (i.e. 18th/Vine, Negro Leagues, etc.)

  6. Sounds like a totally believable and trustworthy source with no agenda or bias.
