ReplyDeleteIf Sly's looking for something to name after Kay Barnes, maybe the building that houses the bond attorneys and lawyers who made out so well financially themselves by committing the taxpayers to this fiasco would be a good candidate.
ReplyDeleteThe refinancing deal was yet another desperate search for money for current needs, in this case pension fund payments, and extends the bonds to 2040 and adds another $36 million in debt.
