Most of the money has been spent so far to upgrade a 10-year-old computer program used to manage customer accounts. Other funds have been used to train customer service representatives and for staff scheduling software to make sure there's enough workers during peak call times."

ReplyDeleteThere's little management, no accountability, and very poor results from city hall year after year. And all the money spent on outsiders offering ideas, suggestions, recommendations, and "new systems" don't last a week after these folks leave town.
Just like the COMPSTAT system in the KCPD.

KCWD is by far the most inept of the City Departments and has been for 30 years.
