....and in a flash of brilliance it came to me!!!
ReplyDeleteKCMO to erect Giant Slingshot near Missouri River. Whenever politicians attempt to raise taxes on KC residents, they'll be sent flying eastward through the Gateway Arch to the designated dumping zone known as East St. Louis.
Lets build the other half of the arch underground where it is safe.
