KSHB: "The disposal of a still-unknown number of patient records in a dumpster outside Research Medical Center last month could soon become an even more costly mistake for physicians group Midwest Women’s Healthcare Specialists. This week, a Kansas City attorney filed a class action lawsuit against the group on behalf of some of the women whose private information was compromised."
To be fair, ladies expecting just a bit of gyno privacy is probably perfectly reasonable even in the Internets era and amid push back against "glassholes" and other spy tech.

Good thing we have shyster lawyers around to make a few people rich and everything more expensive for everybody else. Who knows, maybe one day they will even become a mayor and fleece a whole town instead of a few companies.
